Jesse was such an amazing employee. He was super thorough and helpful with all my questions and concerns with my air conditioner. Jesse was really nice and made sure we understood everything about our repair. Even though we had to call late in the day he arrived promptly and got our AC back up in time for sleep :) Edit: The next day it stopped working again, we called and Bradley came out to fix it. Apparently Jesse installed a part that shouldn’t have been there. Bradley took it out and now everything is working again.

I was told a service fee would be waived, so I set an appointment. Upon arrival I was told the $90 service fee would be waived IF I paid $240 in repairs. I told you guys I wanted to cancel because I didn't have $90 to just give away. The AC I bought off you, that is under warranty, is still not working, and I'm $90 bucks poorer. Thank you. I've replied to the email listed below, no reply. 8/27 Still no reply.

Arrived on time was really friendly, discovered the issue with really quick, was very thorough and went above and beyond discovered the problem quickly very efficient very honest can definitely tell.
