I was told a service fee would be waived, so I set an appointment. Upon arrival I was told the $90 service fee would be waived IF I paid $240 in repairs. I told you guys I wanted to cancel because I didn't have $90 to just give away. The AC I bought off you, that is under warranty, is still not working, and I'm $90 bucks poorer. Thank you. I've replied to the email listed below, no reply. 8/27 Still no reply.

Very professional and pleasant person. He is highly skilled in what he does and explains everything to me and although he was unable to fix my ac unit, he is doing everything and above to get me a new unit. My unit got fried apparently. Highly recommend him for any and all future jobs I may need. My husband and I only want Orlando to come and do whatever work needs doing on our new unit in the future. I found not only my new AC expert, but also a new friend!! Amber came to look at our AC at night in the rain with the BEST attitude of anyone I’ve ever met in her field. Before she got within a few feet of my AC unit she had already identified the problem and let me know she would have it fixed asap. We talked while she worked on the unit and our casual small-talk quickly turned into a conversation between friends. Called and received service within a few hours. Robert and Jesse were on time and took care of my issues in no time! They were very informative and very respectful. 100% would recommend! This is my second time using their services and once again wasn't disappointed.

Tyler was great. Our AC unit stopped working. He was able to come out the next day and identified/fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the services we continue to receive from One Hour Air.
