No one wants their six day old air conditioner to stop working in the middle of a heat advisory. But One Hour came out in the evening, just a couple of hours after we called them, worked past midnight, and replaced the faulty air handler in the attic. Both the original installers, and the replacement installers (and the sales rep Juan) all worked hard and did a great job. Very professional, and very nice folks.

Tony spend a couple hours trouble shooting a different companies work that was performed on my A/C. My home warranty company had a new compressor installed and it would cool, but not correctly. I contacted One Hour A/C and Tony was sent here to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, he inspected the A/C unit and determined that the unit required additional refrigerant. After the additional refrigerant was added to the unit it started putting out cooler air then before, but it's still not cooling correctly.
