Was a very good visit. Trenell was awesome. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I named him "Magic touch".😃 We had an issue with the heater on our Unit. A bad part caused a fuse to blow and disabled the Thermostat. Trenell fixed that. He discovered that our System Monitor had been disconnected when the new AC unit was installed. He fixed that, and installed new lights. Gave us good advice about AC filters.. He's a Senior Tech for a reason! Thank you for making our day.
Joe was the best service tech I have ever experienced doing business with. He was professional, personable and definitely knew what he was doing . Problem fixed asap amd talked us through the whole process. Wow what knowledge. He is an asset to this company. I will be joining the comfort club with one hour air just because of him.
We put in an emergency request last night, and nobody ever showed up. I will say I do believe there are multiple issues in communication from that alone as we had to call THEM at 130am to find out what happened. Despite this, we decided to give this company another chance and rescheduled for the morning (we had no other options at this point as we have a 6 month old baby and our air conditioning stopped working). Our AC broke in the morning. They arrived in the afternoon same day and repaired it. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Will definitely be calling them back when I am ready to replace my AC unit.
Last night had capacitor explode in unit which is almost 2 yrs old. After spending night in hot house was glad being looked at. On side of van says if we are late service is free. My time was between 8 am and 1200 . He showed 230 pm. I asked after he told me all these problems that my less then 2 year unit had if some off the things he said could possibly be under warranty?
