Not sure why we are paying for the $240 maintenance plan. Had the heating maintenance "done" earlier in the Fall and now, the first time we actually need the heat to work, it failed. AND instead of recognizing that since we paid a lot of money up front to ensure this would not happen that MAYBE they should waive the $110 service fee to show up at 7pm---NO, they made us wait and sleep with no heat and have our house be 50 degrees before sending someone and graciously then agreeing to waive the $50 service fee for showing up a... read more
One Hour is always top notch service, but Eric was an incredible experience all in his own. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I can say that on top of feeling confident that my HVAC was being serviced by one of the best, I also enjoyed interacting with him. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air, and have used them as my go to (and their sister company Ben Franklin plumbing as well). You can’t go wrong with them, and maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get Eric as your technician!
Aaron was fantastic! Came the same day, He was prompt, personable and professional. He knew what the problem was right off the bat, fixed it quickly and then did a thorough examination of our entire system to make sure everything was addressed. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again, highly recommend.
Cedric, Hector, and Tyler were excellent with the installation of my new unit. The care they took in doing the job right and also in caring for my home in the little things like cleaning up as they left the house made a huge impression on me.
