Eric is awesome, he makes sure that the customer is aware of everything going on, he follows up and provides updates on the work being performed at your home. He is knowledgeable, kind, helpful and listens to the customers concerns and gets them resolved. WE need more techs like him. He is a pleasure to have around.
Eric did an amazing job, he was persistent, professional, and got the job done, giving me all my options, very grateful for this service. Also Aaron came out and assisted me, going through all my options and he was polite and very professional. Both of them did a wonderful job time, mannerism, and dedication wise. 5 stars for sure.
Chris Lucky was very knowledgeable about heating and air and advised me that I needed my disconnect replaced and a flow safety switch, two surge protectors did a full service maintenance on my outdoor unit. Unit was full of leaves and debris. It is running smoothly now! I will call on lucky for any issue!
