Aaron was awesome!!! Can’t say enough good things about the quality of service we received. Aaron was kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Not to mention the thorough job he did servicing our entire system. Never felt rushed or pressured and he answered any questions we had. We hope to get him every time.
Cedric, Hector, and Tyler were excellent with the installation of my new unit. Absolutely amazing service and Brandon is the hardest working professional I have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure our units were working correctly. He not only figured out an underlying issue but took the time to dig deeper and return the next day to reconfigure everything and fix it for the long haul. I highly recommend and will use them again (hopefully not too soon lol).
Aaron was fantastic! Came the same day, He was prompt, personable and professional. He knew what the problem was right off the bat, fixed it quickly and then did a thorough examination of our entire system to make sure everything was addressed. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again, highly recommend.
We noticed our house wasn’t cooling late Saturday night, nearly 6:00 pm. We googles and discovered that One Hour was available 24 hours, 7 days a week! I called and set up an appointment for Sunday between 8-12 am. I got a call from my technician, Aaron, when he was en route and he arrived right at 9:00.
