One Hour AC & Heating came out quickly, diagnosed our problem, and spoke honestly about our options. James was professional and did a great job. We had a new a/c installed early the next morning. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was EXCELLENT! 10/10 would recommend!!
We noticed our house wasn’t cooling late Saturday night, nearly 6:00 pm. We googles and discovered that One Hour was available 24 hours, 7 days a week! One Hour did a fantastic job. Aaron came this morning to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my options. Within two hours Sedric and Caleb arrived and installed my new unit. They were both professional and courteous. I was highly impressed by all three of them and I am very happy with the experience.

Someone give Aaron a medal. Gentleman drove an hour and a half to my house and i had been mentally preparing myself for a pricey repair bill. To my relief it turned out to be a simple (and rather silly) problem. Not only did he have it fixed quickly but he was extremely informative and educated me on what to be on the look out for in the coming years. So impressed was I that I signed up for their comfort club to have them come out twice a year and check on things for me. Worth every penny.
