Dr. DeRisi performed my lumpectomy 25 years ago. He brought me through a frightening period with God's help in such a caring manner. I will always be indebted to him for his soft spoken manner and his confident and kind approach. In my opinion he is the best breast surgeon in LI. He told me much later that he was concerned about the size of my cyst yet he didn't pass it on to me. May God continue to bless you Dr. DeRisi.

The best! Such a wonderful doctor. Took his time to explain everything to my family and myself. Such wonderful bedside manner. Came to see me twice a day when I had a double mastectomy. He came highly recommended to me and I see why! He educated and printed materials regarding breast cancer for my daughters and granddaughters. What doctor does this??!!!! What an amazing man!

So many women can again know that the very finest is back and can once again be assured of the best care available and ready to see all his patients again. I found him to be kind caring and knowledgeable. I had a bilateral mastectomy in 2012 and have followed up with him. All has been fine and I was very happy with him and his care and the office staff as I went through this.
