Had a slab leak under the foundation. Called Murray plumbing due to a friend of ours recommending them. Brandon and team were successful in finding the leak and very transparent on the price as well as the next steps needed for repair. Not pushy at all which I'm a fan of. Repair job was approx. 4 hrs, but part of that was because it was during lunch. Thanks Brandon!
To start I had a very serious problem that could have burned my house down with me in it. They scheduled me in quickly, advised what I needed to do to remain in my home until Monday when they could get back with what they needed to finish my repairs. I mind you this was a bad situation not just changing a light bulb. Stacy and his partner were one of the fastest working pair of professionals I’d seen in many years. It was crazy! Ozzy was great, very nice, informative, cleaned up after himself and did a good job.
I would strongly advise against engaging with this company. They are unscrupulous and deceitful. This goes for the plumbing dept as well since it's a husband and wife team. Murray Elec. attempted to deliberately inflate charges on my credit card, which they unlawfully stored in their system without my consent from a job they performed two years ago.They were simply tasked with providing an initial estimate for the work I requested to be performed on my property and the one paying for the service. Murray plumbing was fast to respond to my request. They came to my house the next day and accomplished what I needed done The young man was polite and very courteous. I don’t remember his name but then I’m old so forgive me. I am most happy to give Murray Plumbing a five star. My only issue would it was more expensive than I thought it be but still happy
