Kobe was called late in the day on a Friday and was able to take care of my issue with what should have been a simple procedure that didn’t even involve him. Refrigerator installers couldn’t get water hose connection to stop leaking, then said they’d have to leave to avoid any further damage. I called Mullin, remembering their 24-hour service. Horrible work. Hired Mullin because we were having a drainage problem but their work didn’t help with the issue and they refuse to fix it unless we pay them for them to do more work. Why would we pay them for more work to be done when their first attempt did nothing. Attaching pictures after their “work”was done. They set the pipe next to the house instead of where it’s lower, they want us to grade soil towards the drains which is next to the house. We had sprung a broken pipe under the house on a Saturday, gave them a call within an hour Mullins Plumbing were here. Hank Wiley & Son, made repair. Fantastic job guys… very polite, respectful. 74 Harrison Stephen came to assess our water heater with our water heater being 16 years old he recommended a replacement which we agreed. After it was replaced he showed us the shut off valves. Asked if we had any questions which we did not. Great crew. Thank you for a job well done..
