Generally I would give five stars for Mullins. I have used their plumbers in the past and felt like I have been treated fairly. Today I felt like I was overcharged for what was done. All I needed was new insides to my bathroom stool and was charged $225. That’s a lot for a senior citizen! I will say that this company came out the same day; the plumber was very polite and helpful; did his work timely and was neat and respectful. I guess things just cost a lot these days. The technician was knowledgeable and did a quality replacement on the part he replaced (spigot/sillcock). I thought there was possibly a slab leak with the amount of water outside and wish leak testing would have been performed to verify, it was not. I was assured this would fix the problem. Was told to monitor and see if everything dries out and they would come back if this wasn’t the fix. Wish it could have all been done at once.

I only leave one star cause I can’t leave zero. Called yesterday after trying to find an emergency plumber as we’re not getting any water to the house from our well house. On my first call I detailed the info I could to help diagnose the problem and specifically asked if they dealt with that sort of thing (as others had said no) and was told yes. I called Mullin Plumbing to get an estimate for a whole-house re-plumb. I requested a morning appointment and the individual I spoke with set up an appointment for a Tuesday morning. On the Monday prior to the appointment, I get a text stating that the service person would be there sometime between 8am and 6pm the next day (not specifically in the morning). The technician was very nice and couldn’t immediately verify that the water heater needed to be replaced at this time. He made some adjustments and relit the pilot and said that he thought it best to wait to see if it really needed replacing. He didn’t try to sell me on something that might not be necessary yet. I really appreciate that.
