I have never in my life dealt with a company that goes so far out of their way to put clients need ahead of absolutely anything… including money! I just had a ac unit go out and my wife coming back from hospital first thing in morning and the tech Mark drove over 2 1/2 hrs to get to me at 9:00 at night and fixed the unit within 30 mins!!! Within hours of contacting Moss Mechanical on a Saturday, we had working a/c in the scorching heat of Texas summertime! Fantastic customer service by Will and Melissa and Ramiro’s expertise and preparedness kept us from suffering very long!! This was the best experience we have ever had with a/c companies!
