Ryan, the electrician, called to introduce himself and give me an approximate arrival time. He arrived when he said he would and immediately assessed what needed to be fixed. He even discovered something that was affecting the fan not working properly. He was very thorough, professional and kind. His knowledge of electrical work is exemplary. He is AMAZING and a definite asset to Mr. Sparky. I highly recommend him and Mr. Sparky! This was such a pleasant experience.

Henderson was polite, efficient, very professional and did the job I asked him to do. I would recommend his ( and Mr. Sparky's) services any day of the week. BTW, Henderson also showed me potential areas of concern, gave me estimates to repair/replace hi them and advised me what to look for. I felt very taken care of.

Henderson from Mr.Sparky is an electrician. That is, he knows electricity. Diagnosed the issue. Solved the issue in a professional, timely manner. He was patient, cordial and kind. Mr. Sparky should thank him for being their employee Did not upsell.

My experience with your company was amazing and outstanding. Our service technician that took care of us Mr. Leteice was such a gentleman, he never rushed us and explained everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to others and Mr. Leteice. I will be doing business with them again. Wonderful job.

We tried Sparky and ask to fix a wire from the electric box to the stove. Called them back to replace the electric box and they asked who installed the wire. We told them they did? New guy says , yeah , that's wrong. Concerning that it's their people so not sure if everything/anything else is right? Guess we'll see if the house burns down. But the work may be good but pretty rough around the house. Drilled holes but never filled them in.
