My experience with your company was amazing and outstanding. Our service technician that took care of us Mr. Leteice was such a gentleman, he never rushed us and explained everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to others and Mr. Leteice. I will be doing business with them again. Wonderful job.
Oscar was great. He had to come back a different day after a couple hours of working for me because we realized my ceiling wasn’t drywall and didn’t have the right equipment. However, he was patient and attentive to my questions and requests. Would highly recommend Mr. Sparky (and Oscar) for anyone and any job. Thank you!!!
Jacob Zacarias worked diligently to get the job done on a timely manner. I felt my home is much safer after he left. I would recommended him and his company to anyone for electrical works and the likes in the future.
Long story short we paid almost 19k for some electrical work including permits. Had to finance it. They have a very good sales team and pitch with all sorts of options to make it seem “affordable “. Our sprinkler system was damaged, backyard left an absolute mess. And the work was never finished. It’s been nearly 2 years and still getting the run around. The warranty was a complete scam. One of our appliances had stopped working due to a power outage and should have been protected by their power surge protector. We have called and written so many times to comply with what was being asked, which we followed and did to never have our appliance covered by the warranty as promised. I am completely devastated and I would not recommend them to anyone. I had faith in this company, but if I could go back in time, I would not go with Mister Sparky.
