Luis came early during the appointment window. I had several issues that needed to be taken care of: the fire/ smoke alarms were chirping, the dining room chandelier and exterior lighting were not working. He listened patiently. After his assessment, he provided helpful suggestions. He installed new exterior lighting, replaced the fire/smoke alarms, repaired the chandelier wiring and replaced the light switch, and installed a surge protector. I had the team from Mr Sparky in my home today. Chris came for the in-home assessment and walked through my property to inspect everything. He showed us some options for improvement, was honest, and knowledgeable. Two electrician techs, Jacob and Santiago, came to perform the work I had agreed to. They were very professional, personable, and respectful of my property. The work was done meticulously and I'm pleased with the final product.
We had Mister Sparky come out and give us an estimate for a ceiling fan in LR where there hadn’t ever been one. Mr Dakota Holmes came out and was exceptional in his customer service , asking questions to be sure he knew exactly what and where we wanted done. He gave us a price for all the work necessary and we were agreeable. He said he could start right away and was done in a just a couple of hours. It’s beautiful and exactly what and where we wanted it!! Don’t hesitate to call this company and ask for Dakota!
Based on an excellent experience previously, I called Mr. Sparky to get a quote for a list of electrical work needed. The Field Supervisor, Francis, came to our residence, and gave us 3 different quotes. The other 2 quotes were based on his comprehensive safety inspection, and also other improvements which were not on our list.
