This is not against Dennis personally. It's not against the owner. It's been a rough ride with them. I have them a chance to make things right, they damaged my wall and didn't even say anything before I paid them. I contacted the owner with zero response.. I am on my own now and will be diligent through with what can be done since they just forgot about me after getting paid
Mr. Kasey is the BEST!!! after 3 others falling and unknown were the problem or without extra power outlet?!! he found it in less than a half of an hour!!! He has eleven years experience, he is a professional, He has his own equipment, ladders and all he needs to find and Fix the electricity!!! We are so glad that he found the failure and brings the power back! Highly recommend 👌
Benny was fantastic. Factual, professional, and a very good listener. He was so careful to make sure that not only did the new breakers work perfectly, but also that the wiring in the box was neatly placed and easily assessable. We are so lucky to have Benny show up. Such a hard worker! He’s wonderful!
My mother had an electrical issue that resulted in her needing an outlet replaced. The electrician showed up and gave her a “quote” before he even knew what the problem was. The quote was over $600 and could possibly be $2000!!! My husband is an electrician and spoke with him on the phone and explained what he was sure the problem was. He was correct. Dennis was awesome! He did a great job before the job ge walked me through everything that need to be done according to the inspection report, during the job I frequently checked in and everything was good. And after the job was completed, he walked me through for approval and doubled checked everything a second time around. Justin was a big help as well. They make a great team. I will definitely recommend Mr.Sparky and I will be using them again.
