Thank you for sending Benny Rivera...he was Great! He was polite, well-spoken, and quickly went to work. The immediate issue was about defective smoke alarms. Upon finding two of them, which were not the typical type, he drove back to the shop to get the right model. It wasn't long after that the new alarms were connected and ready for service. Benny our Tech arrived on time with all the equipment needed to complete the job. Although the work turned out to be quite difficult, Benny never gave up on finding a solution, and put it the hard work to complete the installation. His professionalism and knowledge was excellent.
