Hunter the service tech was awesome and solved my issue within minutes of arrival. Negative review is because dispatcher was not at all clear about costs. I was told it was a $149 after hours emergency call fee as opposed to the normal $89 fee. He was very explicit on this point but did not detail anything beyond. Not until work was done (which was literally flipping a breaker that I didn’t know was live) did he tell me the $149 was just to come and the hourly rate was $206 in addition. Jon Souza was amazing very friendly and attentive. He had a great depth of knowledge and really knew his stuff. Even asked him about the “whole home surge protector” our energy company offered and he educated us on the difference between that and one in our panel and how it protects our home. After contacting other electrical companies in the central FL area I’d recommend Jon and Mister Sparky to anyone.
Hunter from Mister Sparky was great! He spent time diagnosing the problem accurately, then explained his findings. He was honest and transparent about the cost up front so there were no surprises. Then, he worked hard until the job was done. Well done Hunter!

Great team! Long story short. Had tree take out power line and broke everything and pulled all to the ground. Extensive stuff. Issue happened after 7pm Tuesday. Team was here first thing next morning and here all day. Got almost everything done! Completed today before 1pm..that includes permit, inspection, and they got the energy company out here quick.
