James Lannin from Mr. Sparky did an excellent job converting our 220v outlet to 120v for a new over-the-range microwave installation. While the prices were on the higher side, the quick turnaround they offered was invaluable, especially since my usual electrician was booked until mid-December. James was professional, courteous, and efficient—he got the job done thoroughly and speedily. I appreciate the quality of service and would recommend him if you’re in need of timely electrical work!
Adrian was very professional. He asked about evaluating my electrical box for a safety check. He was presented with a unique situation to resolve. He evaluated the problem found several options to resolve my electrical concern. At the end of the day my exterior light was remounted to my house without occurring any damage. Joseph was able to come much earlier than scheduled, but he was very courteous and called me first to see if that would be okay. He was willing to work with my schedule and we were still able to have an earlier appointment. Joseph was very knowledgeable and replaced the switch for the disposal that had quit working. He also did a thorough check of everything and recommended things that should be done or replaced when we are able.
Mister Sparky was able to respond to our service request the same afternoon. We were lucky enough to have Joseph Smith respond. He was exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be looking to Mister Sparky and Joseph Smith in particular for all our electrical needs in the future. And the price for the work seemed to be in line with what would be expected.
