Noel Mercado was an outstanding technician. I was so happy to see him when he rang our doorbell. This the 2nd time he has completed a job at our house. The 1st job, he did the re-wiring of our home as it was a safety issue that we knew nothing about. Today, he installed an inlet/outlet for our generator. Not only was our electrician John knowledgeable, but he was very insightful and one hell of a hard worker. I literally couldnt be happier with his work and his professionalism of which he maintained throughout the entire day and into the early evening. 100% would recommend him and Mr.Sparky!
We had John Souza as our electrician to install new lighting in our kitchen and dining area. He arrived on time and called ahead. He did great work with our difficult chandelier and was very patient. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with the ceiling fan installation in my living room. The original technician from Mister Sparky John thought the problem was an electrical issue, but it turned out the fan had simply been installed incorrectly. I was told it would cost an additional $176 to have another technician from your company come out to take it down and reinstall it. Was struggling hard (but ultimately failed) to get a new bathroom fan/light combo working, despite my best attempts at getting the wiring right. Didn’t wanna mess anything up so Ryan from Mr Sparky came out and took care of it. He also gave us some valuable info and quotes on a handful of other products that they offer, stuff that we had been thinking about anyway.
