Our technician Zachary (Zach) did an amazing job communicating exactly what was going on with our electrical problems over the phone since we are not permanent residents there. He was very thorough with his evaluation and explaining everything! He is far the most knowledgeable at doing evaluations and explaining it in terns I could understand. Plus, was very good at the repairs! We even joined the club they offer. Happy customer here!
Zach was absolutely amazing. Definitely the best customer we've ever received for a in home service. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We have had several quotes and visits from multiple companies, and he by far sets the example for how a company should represent itself.
JP was my installer. I had 2 ceiling fans I provided.. One did not work with the slanted downrod I bought. There was no non threaded rods in that brand so I bought a different brand fan for the living room that he recommended. The slanted ceiling installation looks good. He did an excellent jon on the installation. Did a good job on the clean up. Explained to me how to operate the different speeds. The fans are very nice looking and quiet. JP is an outstanding representative of your company! Extremely knowledgeable, well equipped and his truck was well stocked with everything he needed to complete the job. Not only did he do great work but he made sure to explain every detail throughout the project. One of the most courageous and polite individuals I have ever dealt with!
