Today I met the Sparky, Roberto, Cantu. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed two flood lights to be replaced, one in the front and one in the back. Previously, I wanted both of them to be in the back, but for some reason one of the floodlights in the back, it wasn't there anymore after the eleven years. Mike came quickly to work on fixing our near emergency electric issue. He worked efficiently. His communication skills are absolutely excellent. He is very courteous and friendly. The office staff understood our issue and dispatched Mike to our home very quickly. Overall, our experience with Mr Sparky could not have been better. We recommend this company without hesitation. As teachers, we grade him an A+++.
Needed to call him back. They change my name on the fan location and decided to add one more fan. Same efficient personable, and job well done. Very reasonably priced and came out the same day.
My experience with this company was great. Customer service of the office staff made me feel valued, and under extenuating circumstances, they got a tech out very quickly and after business hours. Tyler Cox was the technician on the job and was amazing! he was very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt like a valued customer and person. He took his time discussing the issue with me, and teaching me, and taking records. He had a heart for the customer and to do his job well and it showed!
Tyler Cox was so amazing! He was so knowledgeable and addressed all of our issues quickly. Tyler had a great personality and some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Having damages to your home from a storm can be so stressful, but he made us feel much better. Cannot recommend Tyler and Mister Sparky enough!
