I had the pleasure of meeting the sparky, Randall Wells this morning to replace existing ceiling fans with new ones I purchased. He first did a preliminary safety check of the electrical system and status of my house. I didn't expect that, and it was reassuring of his knowledge. My experience with this company was great. Customer service of the office staff made me feel valued, and under extenuating circumstances, they got a tech out very quickly and after business hours. Tyler Cox was the technician on the job and was amazing! he was very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt like a valued customer and person. He took his time discussing the issue with me, and teaching me, and taking records. He had a heart for the customer and to do his job well and it showed!
My tech was Tyler Cox. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. Our session went extremely well. He explained what my problem was and explained what my options were. He showed that he cared about my particular situation. It would be very hard to find a better service technician anywhere. His explanations reference codes and updates were down to earth and understood by a layman. I really appreciated his entire demeanor.
Mike came quickly to work on fixing our near emergency electric issue. He worked efficiently. His communication skills are absolutely excellent. He is very courteous and friendly. The office staff understood our issue and dispatched Mike to our home very quickly. Overall, our experience with Mr Sparky could not have been better. We recommend this company without hesitation. As teachers, we grade him an A+++.
Needed to call him back. They change my name on the fan location and decided to add one more fan. Same efficient personable, and job well done. Very reasonably priced and came out the same day.
