Jason did an outstanding job installing our patio fan. He was punctual, professional, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. Pedro installed 6 ceiling fans (4 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 lanai). Outstanding work. He arrived early, took his work seriously, got the job done and the cost was within my budget.
I called Mister Sparkey and explained my situation. They were very professional and thorough in their explanation of their procedures. They told me an electrician would be out the following day at a time agreed upon. The electrician - Luis Batista - was on time and very pleasant in our greeting. Technician Trevor went above and beyond today. We called Mr Sparky in a panic because an outlet had smoke and sparks coming from the outlet. Trevor responded quickly and arrived within the specified time. Trevor was very professional and personable. The issue appeared to be wiring contained within the outlet box.
