Technicians always polite and informative. Most recent visit involved smoke/carbon monoxide detectors that continued to chirp loudly and give low battery warning for 36 hours even after batteries replaced. Eric explain process to reprogram/erase memory of low battery warning….obviously if my husband and I would have read manuals when detectors purchased ,we would have known the process…my attempt to disconnect power connection failed as well as I did not see the small tab that needed to be pushed to disconnect. Justin and AJ (sorry if I got your names wrong!) came to my house and very quickly fixed three issues, for a reasonable price. Two of the issues I'd never have been able to figure out on my own. And I didn't even have to turn off my power. I've used Mister Sparky a couple of times now and will use them again when needed.
