This is the most dishonest company I’ve ever seen. They charged my aunt 2300 dollars to change out the wire in her bent weather head put a new cap on her bent weather head and install a surge protector. It took them 45 minutes and they used 200 dollars worth of equipment. This is a huge price gouge on a little old lady after a hurricane who thought this was the going rate and they should be ashamed of themselves. I called the office spoke with Sal whom scheduled technician Steve to come out within the hour during this chaotic hurricane situation. Steve was on time, professionally dressed, very courteous, and begin to start the project that I called for. Steve was there for several hours as the hurricane notifications started. I called to change out and repair some outlets. John Storey arrived. I noticed a few other outlets needed repair and too care of everything. There was also an issue with a previous call by One hour AC. John looked at what had happened and took care of the issues with no questions asked. Nice guy and knowledgeable at his job.

Josh Martinez is a BEAST with electricity!! We had a big job to be done and he did it at least 16 hours by himself. He was knowledgeable, timely and friendly. He absolutely killed it! I can’t wait to use him for any future electrical work. Worth the money & worth the time!! Thanks Josh!

Ridiculously high prices!! To be fair they are professional and polite but their prices are 3-4 times higher than anyone else and they are constantly trying to upsell you on ‘safety’ issues like upgrading your breaker box for $8000!!! Maybe you do get what you pay for with them in terms of quality workmanship but get several quotes as many other reputable electricians at much more reasonable prices.
