Very professional, arrived on time. Explained throughout his visit what was going on and what it would take to fix our issues. So far, our experience has been nothing short of good. Had an overall great experience with Mr. Sparky and Tyler the technician today. He arrived on time, was very professional and took time to explain what would need to be troubleshot and ultimately repaired. His quote was easily understandable and in line with my expectations. Additionally, the client serve rep Trish was able to work with my home warranty company to ensure that my electrical issue was covered. Would recommend this company and look forward to working with them again if I ever need electrical repairs.

Fantastic experience all the way around. Called because our dryer wasn't getting enough power. Nick came out inspected and found a more serious issue. The team was able to get us on the schedule Isiah and Jake came and replaced our system. Isiah came back and met with the county inspector make the whole process a no hassle experience for us. Had a good experience with the initial service call with Nick. He arrived early in the 4 hour window I was given which I appreciated. He was aware of the reason I called for service and asked good questions to address those areas. He did a thorough inspection inside and out and caught a couple items that I would have never considered. Great Service! Tyler was on time, engaging and took the time to explain what he needed to fix and also found some major safety (Code) issues that required repair! The quote for the work was accurate and reasonable. Will do business with Mister Sparky again if I need electricians.
