I've used Mister Sparky several tines over the 14 years I've lived in my home. They've been patient, understood exactly what I needed done. They've never used pressuring sales tactics, they given me quotes and it was up to me whether or not I wanted the work done. The courtesy calls were appreciated, not like the other companies I've dealt with who called the day of the appointment and cancel.
