very polite and informative concerning my problem. it did. not occur which tech was present but he went thru all the initial tests and give me his expert diagnosis and estimate cost of further examination
After two other Electricians sent out by my home warranty company failed to fix a simple issue involving a GFCI and some related outlets in my Kitchen David, our Mr. Sparkey Technician came out as promised ,on time, same day as I placed the service request and was professional, polite and knowledgeable- fixed the issue fast and explained exactly what he did to repair and why the "other guys" didn't get it right. Awesome service Mr. Sparkey. I'm a Realtor so you have my recommendation from now on!!!
