I asked to have a hardwired motion sensor moved. After TJ told me that he could move it but would have to cut the wall. There was some other discussion of having wires on the outside of the wall. He went into the garage to view the electric panel. He was out there at least 20 minutes. I went to see what was wrong and he was making an estimate to replace the entire panel! $4200.00. Ben Kremer did an amazing, through, professional job in a number of things I had done in my home. He installed a new electrical panel, range, fire alarm, helped set up my new water heater. He took the time to make sure it was done right so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He walked me thru everything he was doing & helped calm my anxiety and nerves thru the transition. This is the second time I’ve used Mister Sparky for electrical repairs and improvements in my house. Ben and MK were great. They listened to my requests, explained everything they found, gave me several options for repairs and improvements. I added a couple of outdoor and indoor outlets and multimedia runs and had my pool electric reworked (and corrected).They were both very personable and professional. Ben did a phenomenal job! He worked on our house like it was his own. Other companies were telling me they had to break through the cement, whereas Ben found a creative way to do the job and look out for our best interest. I will absolutely be doing more projects with these guys!
