Really appreciated that they sent us an image of the technician via text ahead of time with an ETA. Martin was on time, was polite and communicated well and gave me detailed info of what he was doing and explained what went wrong. Initially it looked like there wasn’t a problem but he kept checking and made sure the unit was fine. After a few more minutes, the problem replicated again and he was able to resolve the issue immediately and without any pressure to upsell on products or services, just recommendations. I have to start by saying I’m so impressed with this company ! They are BY FAR the best! I was looking for a new air conditioner/furnace/thermostat because my system stopped working after 27 years in the dead of heat. I knew it was time. It’s stressful too .
