I've been putting off writing this for almost a year...but, I got a new full AC replacement last summer (for $13k of money we didn't have) when our 10 year old AC went kaput. We had a wonderful sales experience with Joe (who has since left the company, apparently), followed by a nightmare that has lasted almost a year and continues to this day. Great experience from start to finish! Evan took the time during the site visit to explain our options, helped us choose the best system for our needs and and prepared a competitive bid to replace our system. Installation crew walked us through the install, set up new controller and did a great job of removing the old system and installing the new one. Received a request the day after installation to schedule a follow up QC inspection of the new system. Thanks McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning!!
Henry was friendly and effective. The tested the whole system to ensure not to miss anything. He cleared the drain lines to ensure there we no clogs. He ordered the needed part and returned the next day. He diagnosed my ac issues and replaced the motherboard. He made sure that the ac was operational before he left. Great Service.
We have booked our yearly tune-up and review of our systems with McCullough. I called and scheduled the meeting and everything went smooth and well. The team showing up consisted of Thomas and Guillermo, which showed up on time and courteously called before hand. They both performed all necessary checks and answered, probably, a million stupid questions from my side (new to this whole process). Thomas and his trainee did a great job with our spring maintenance. They were very fair and thorough. My one complaint is that they didn't show up until almost 6 PM and had an all-day window. The communication was poor from the company. But once they arrived the service was great.
