Great experience overall. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, upfront with what was going to happen and how long it would take. The technicians showed up on time, made sure that covers were added to not damage or dirty the carpet. The install was fast. Started just after 8am, cleaned up and finished by 3pm. All in all a great experience even though we didn't want to purchase a new unit yet they certainly made the process worry free and were very helpful. Certainly a company to recommend to others.
Great service above and beyond best describes Jensen and his team. If you are needing assistance with your home I highly recommend the team at McCullough Heating and Air Conditioning in Georgetown. While nobody wants to have to replace their HVAC, this service is top notch. Jensen made improvements to the house and Mike and Bryce are true professionals. Love this team!
We had a wonderful experience with McCullough replacing our ac unit. They were quick to come out and look at the problem and then set up a time to come and do the work. Jensen and the technicians were very friendly, they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They used drop cloths to protect our floors and replaced the whole system very quickly. Their communication throughout the process was great. I would definitely recommend them!
Matt showed up on time for our service appointment, and called beforehand to give me an ETA for his arrival. He was courteous, professional, and he answered a few questions I had about our system in detail. He was able to complete the service promptly and confirm that everything was working perfectly. I would highly recommend McCullough for AC/Heating needs, and I can certainly vouch for Matt given our experience with him.
