I just had my AC installed after the diagnosis of my system in the house we just bought. The team was quick and efficient. They didn’t leave a mess and made sure the system worked perfectly. They were cordial and considerate. I would highly recommend them for your AC needs. Sergio was great. He came back adjusted my system to make sure the system was running efficiently. They were very responsive. This company truly takes care of and cares for its customers.
I had a complete unit installed about two (2) months ago… well, the outside unit was shutting off sporadically -I placed a call to the office (Lickety Split AC,…) well, Brad was the technician who came out to check the system. I gotta say, he put forth the effort, he exceeded my expectations. So Kudos to Brad. Bravo to the woman I spoke to initially for her quick response and telephone professional assistance. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Very prompt and quick. Excellent service, very professional. I really appreciate that they came late at night to help us, then they gave us portable units to hold us over for a day before getting the new system. The reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars is that we purchased new AC installation blindly - we knew the name of the manufacturer only. We weren’t told the model and didn’t have any choices or options. I called on a Tuesday after Memorial day holiday. Customer Service Representative Britt, was able to fit me right in for Septic clean/pump out. No extra fees for asking to get in asap. They have a fleet of technicians/vehicles to come out. The guys were very informative, professional, friendly and helpful. On time and done in reasonable amount of time. Everything was taken care of & paid over the phone so once job was done, no additional fees. I highly recommend for septic clean/pump out.
With the intent of wanting to be proactive with our new home maintenance, I decided to reach out to Lickety Split after seeing some of their trucks in my neighborhood and reading some reviews. I put my information into their website and received a call from their office almost immediately. The woman I spoke with was incredibly friendly and got me scheduled for a tune-up for our AC unit.
