We had two companies come out to diagnose and give estimates for an almost 12-year old system (contractor built/original owners) that we've had problems with since the original install. Finally needed a solution, versus a band-aid fix. Lickety Split was not the cheapest but did solve the REAL problem and didn't just offer a short-term repair. They started the job the next day.
