We had two companies come out to diagnose and give estimates for an almost 12-year old system (contractor built/original owners) that we've had problems with since the original install. Finally needed a solution, versus a band-aid fix. Lickety Split was not the cheapest but did solve the REAL problem and didn't just offer a short-term repair. They started the job the next day. Great service came out quickly and resolved the problem with my water heater fast Then the technician stayed to make sure everything was working correctly reasonably priced and signed up for their protection plan would recommend Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric to anyone.
