Outstanding customer service! Our A/C went out Friday afternoon and I placed the call around 1500. Technician and Arron showed up around 1700 which is amazing. They troubleshot the issue then Arron went over my options with clear and concise communication. I’m not sure why there’s such mixed reviews for this place. Maybe they handle corp accounts different than personal ones but I cannot thank them enough. Andy was very positive through the whole experience, even when I thought something was wrong. Austin had my house cold in less than 24 hrs and I believe her name is maisley, I could be wrong but she was helpful on the phone too.
