RecommendedJerry and Jacob stopped to look at my furnace since it didn't want to turn on. Turns out it was the thermostat batteries so easy fix. They checked out the rest of the furnace, as maintenance, just to be sure. Also answered my questions honestly which I very much appreciated. Very nice guys & would highly recommend.
2nd visit, still awesome. Electrician is now doing work I needed.done for a couple outlets! Yeah! Great service contract includes plumbing, electric, Furnace & AC. Reasonable fee! And my AC tech was fantastic too!
Have had lazer rewire and replumb my entire house and garage. Had them add a panel to run a generator and have always been impressed with them. Best in Des Moines.

Alex was very professional and efficient with his work. Lazer did have to delay my request due to the recent derecho storm, but they worked with MidAmerican to ensure our maintenance request was rushed and completed before the closing date for our home.

We just had Cole come check out our weather head. Had never heard of this before. Cole was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. Update. Was first told would not be able to do repair till Monday cause of part. I mentioned how I was in stick in the hospital and could not go home without power. What a surprise when 30 mins later I was called back and told that they had tracked down the part o needed and wound be at my house in 30 mins to repair so I could go home. Bobby came to our home today and replaced a mast that had been torn down from the recent winds and falling trees. Very friendly and helpful. Work completed in a timely manner. All around great experience!! Would highly recommend!!
