I bought this Carrier system new from Kennon & Kennon techs have been the ONLY people that have ever touched the system. Having a recent service (maybe 2 weeks ago?) I noticed that the outside unit was green and extremely dirty. Thinking that a simple cleaning was not included in the annual service (which it SHOULD be IMO) , I decided to take care of it myself. We were grateful for Michael Hancock to stop by and do our comprehensive furnace tune-up and inspection for the cold months, as part of our membership. He was able to quickly identify an issue we experienced the first week we were using heat and supplied a quote for the repairs. Danny, Kennon’s installer, is a great representative of your company. He is personable, knowledgeable, considerate, timely, professional and thoughtful. Justin, a service technician who followed up, was considerate, pleasant, polite and thorough. Kennon’s high standards and customer service are reflected in these two as well as all the staff I encountered during the installation of a 5 ton high efficiency, variable speed furnace and York dual fuel (heat pump/air conditioner). Kyle was an outstanding HVAC technician—on time, professional, knowledgeable, and completely honest throughout the visit. His workmanship and customer service were excellent, and he took the time to clearly explain everything. My only hesitation is with the company’s pricing, which felt higher than expected. Still, Kyle himself delivered exceptional service, and his professionalism made the experience much better. The stars are for Kyle.

My technician, Michael, was on time, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He is the first person to go slowly over all he was doing. Specifically he is the first person to accurately comprehend how my systems work and was able to explain it to me when no one else has ever been that thorough. I was extremely satisfied with his service.
