I bought this Carrier system new from Kennon & Kennon techs have been the ONLY people that have ever touched the system. Having a recent service (maybe 2 weeks ago?) I noticed that the outside unit was green and extremely dirty. Thinking that a simple cleaning was not included in the annual service (which it SHOULD be IMO) , I decided to take care of it myself. Today I have scheduled a Plumbing inspection with John and he did really good job at it. I’m very much satisfied with his work and highly recommend him & Kennon services. The scheduling went smoothly and John came in right on time and explained everything in detail.
Tony was awesome. He went right to work to diagnose my problem. While there was nothing he could do to resurrect my unit, it wasn't that he didn't try EVERYTHING possible. I give Tony 5 stars on his own!! Can't wait to see what Kennon offers to replace my current units this Monday... UPDATE: Ben Strachan came out to give me an estimate and was extremely polite and knowledgeable - never felt pressured or rushed.
