I bought this Carrier system new from Kennon & Kennon techs have been the ONLY people that have ever touched the system. Having a recent service (maybe 2 weeks ago?) I noticed that the outside unit was green and extremely dirty. Thinking that a simple cleaning was not included in the annual service (which it SHOULD be IMO) , I decided to take care of it myself. Overall very happy and pleased with this company. Tony thoroughly inspected my system and gave sound and proper advice regarding its efficiency. I ended up having to replace my system and again very pleased with Joseph and his team. Highly recommended. Received quick response and reasonable price

Had a locked rotor on one of my units. Kennon was great in addressing it with the Manufacturer to get everything (parts and labor) covered under the warranty. Saved me thousands. Wished it could have been sorted faster, but I honestly don’t believe this was their fault. Thanks to Aric, Kris and the entire team for getting me back on my feet!
Our AC had been out for a bit, and I'd expended all my limited knowledge on trying to fix it myself. Kennon sent Tony out same day to help up. He had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. Tony was thoughtful, helpful, and patient explaining my issues and options. Can definitely recommend this company and their employees.
