I bought this Carrier system new from Kennon & Kennon techs have been the ONLY people that have ever touched the system. Having a recent service (maybe 2 weeks ago?) I noticed that the outside unit was green and extremely dirty. Thinking that a simple cleaning was not included in the annual service (which it SHOULD be IMO) , I decided to take care of it myself. EDITING REVIEW: After the bad experience on Sunday, the Service Manager reached out to me and we had a very good discussion on what went wrong during the process. Kris was very apologetic and did everything in his power to make things right. After the Technician found the problem with the system, they were able to get the part ordered and were able to get this system running the same day (Monday, December 1st). We were grateful for Michael Hancock to stop by and do our comprehensive furnace tune-up and inspection for the cold months, as part of our membership. He was able to quickly identify an issue we experienced the first week we were using heat and supplied a quote for the repairs. He was able to answer all of my questions and pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed before the warm months arrive. Danny, Kennon’s installer, is a great representative of your company. He is personable, knowledgeable, considerate, timely, professional and thoughtful. Justin, a service technician who followed up, was considerate, pleasant, polite and thorough. My technician, Michael, was on time, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He is the first person to go slowly over all he was doing. Specifically he is the first person to accurately comprehend how my systems work and was able to explain it to me when no one else has ever been that thorough. I was extremely satisfied with his service.
