I bought this Carrier system new from Kennon & Kennon techs have been the ONLY people that have ever touched the system. Having a recent service (maybe 2 weeks ago?) I noticed that the outside unit was green and extremely dirty. Thinking that a simple cleaning was not included in the annual service (which it SHOULD be IMO) , I decided to take care of it myself. We were grateful for Michael Hancock to stop by and do our comprehensive furnace tune-up and inspection for the cold months, as part of our membership. He was able to quickly identify an issue we experienced the first week we were using heat and supplied a quote for the repairs. Danny, Kennon’s installer, is a great representative of your company. He is personable, knowledgeable, considerate, timely, professional and thoughtful. Justin, a service technician who followed up, was considerate, pleasant, polite and thorough. We were quoted thousands of dollars and told that multiple parts needed to be replaced. The technician also mentioned that the high prices were due to tariffs. However, what he explained and what appeared on the quote didn’t add up, so we decided to get a second opinion. It turned out that the only issue was our thermostat being set up incorrectly in the app. The other company fixed it easily, and everything has worked fine since.
