I bought this Carrier system new from Kennon & Kennon techs have been the ONLY people that have ever touched the system. Having a recent service (maybe 2 weeks ago?) I noticed that the outside unit was green and extremely dirty. Thinking that a simple cleaning was not included in the annual service (which it SHOULD be IMO) , I decided to take care of it myself. We were grateful for Michael Hancock to stop by and do our comprehensive furnace tune-up and inspection for the cold months, as part of our membership. He was able to quickly identify an issue we experienced the first week we were using heat and supplied a quote for the repairs. He was able to answer all of my questions and pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed before the warm months arrive. Danny, Kennon’s installer, is a great representative of your company. He is personable, knowledgeable, considerate, timely, professional and thoughtful. Justin, a service technician who followed up, was considerate, pleasant, polite and thorough. Kennon’s high standards and customer service are reflected in these two as well as all the staff I encountered during the installation of a 5 ton high efficiency, variable speed furnace and York dual fuel (heat pump/air conditioner). As a past Comfort Control client for a very long time, we were a bit wary when we heard that Kennon had taken over. But, that changed after Tony came out for a maintenance visit for our systems. He did a very good job. Thorough, professional and pleasant. Explained all options on a replacement unit, pro’s/con’s and answered all of our questions. I was very satisfied with Tony and so far, it’s been a good experience with Kennon.

Overall very happy and pleased with this company. Tony thoroughly inspected my system and gave sound and proper advice regarding its efficiency. I ended up having to replace my system and again very pleased with Joseph and his team. Highly recommended. Received quick response and reasonable price
