The technician[Trent *****] arrived on time. Very courteous, professional and listened to our issues with genuine interest. Took the necessary time to diagnose the problem(s). Very knowledgeable as he offered guidance and various options for consideration and implementation. Mr Randall was one of the outstanding Tech I have ever known. He provided outstanding recommendations and amazing referrals. All work provided was test and working . He went beyond the call as a tech making sure all filters was properly installed and checked. The A/ C was not working properly and Mr. Randall checked everything very thoroughly and carefully.
On time, very polite, answered all my questions. Great service.
The initial consultation was very helpful. The technician who was an experienced plumber took the time to figure out what was going on and how to fix it. He was very straight forward about costs and what was involved. At the end of the day probably a little more expensive than other places but made up for in time and information received.
