Excellent work, excellent attitude, thorough and knowledgeble, we are very pleased and satisfied, which makes us a constant **** Moore's custoner.
**** Moore did a great job, our A/C is not working and they came out on a Sunday and fixed it. The technician ****** was great.
***** was great. Kept us posted on his arrival time, and we had service within three hours of calling on a Sunday. He was super courteous and professional. I highly recommend ***** and John Moore Services.
AC went out on a Fri afternoon when the heat index was 105. Was really surprised when she said they could have someone out here between 4 and 8. Was worried how much extra it was for on demand service only she said they never charge for house calls. About 10 minutes later I got a call from the service tech saying he was on on his way.
