The young man was polite and knowledgeable. I voiced my concerns, and he checked the areas of concern. My current issue has nothing to do with the work John Moore did 4 years ago. He checked out all the work they did, and my problem is not part of their work. I believe him and will have the right person fix the problem.

They both did a great job. Friendly and answered all our questions and gave us important differences between the old system and new system. Kept the are clean and neat.
