******* was excellent. He was very patient with explaining what his process would be. Asking me questions and asking me if I had any questions. Before he completed the job he made certain that I understood what he was doing and asked me how I felt. Once he saw that I was comfortable and confirmed that I was good with his explanation he completed the task. Afterwards he went over what had happen and what my options were in the future. Professional and thorough
