I called for service on Thurs. late afternoon and set an appointment for Friday morning. I was asked that if a service person could come later on Thurs., would I be willing to receive a service person, to which I said yes. Later on Thurs. evening I was contacted by Fisnik, who was a John Moore service person. He was friendly, professional and timely. My issue was resolved by him to my satisfaction. I will say that I was somewhat surprised at the final price, which I felt was a bit high.

He was knowledgeable, respectful of being supervised by my 90 year old father, and efficiently and effectively took care of a problem with the kitchen sink pipeline outside to clear the line in what seemed only minutes. I would recommend Daniel to represent John Moore for any plumbing project. I commend this young man for his absolute professionalism and his commitment to what we need most in this world “Human Kindness” an obvious characteristic that John Moore instills in their employees.

Billy ******** was on time, professional and took his time to answer all our questions before leaving us. He was very knowledgeable in his work and took his time carrying out his job. Chad was great. Super helpful, patient and empathetic. The company overall is highly priced, but they’re not known for competitive pricing. They’re the most available and have the tools. manpower, and expertise needed for larger and more complicated jobs. For smaller more standard jobs, I’d save my money and find someone more reasonably priced.
