The young man was polite and knowledgeable. I voiced my concerns, and he checked the areas of concern. My current issue has nothing to do with the work John Moore did 4 years ago. He checked out all the work they did, and my problem is not part of their work. I believe him and will have the right person fix the problem.

I had been working with *********** for approx 2 months trying to get this resolved. Mr. Frank ******** is the ultimate professional. He first met my best offer and then explained entire process in detail. I received my Green tag permit from the city today and I'm told that my meter will be installed within 5-7 days. Thank you Frank!
