Tech ***** *********was the most friendly and knowledgeable AC tech I have talked to. John Moore repaired my TRAIN AC at their cost since unit was not manufactured, in my option, correctly allowing two pipes to rub together. Approximately 15 months ago JM installed the unit. The fee for fixing AC was over $2300. John Moore repaired it for $700, their cost. I have never dealt with a company that actually puts their customers first.
