I did not think businesses like this existed anymore. They really, truly do stand by thier name. ************ came to fix my air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the year. He is very knowledgeble, professional, respectful, and effecient and took extra time to clean the coils and explain everything. I have been a homeowner for 25 years and this is the BEST company I have ever worked with. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a service contract I purchased from Honest Air. The contract was for two preventative HVAC maintenance visits per year, which included air filter replacements during each ******** my experience with other air conditioning companies, it is standard practice for the company to proactively schedule these preventative visits. Called them for a tankless water heater repair (it had a very slow leak, but enough to do some damage on 2 floors). They came out, decided they needed a part and replaced it the following day. After 5 days of "drying" (from a separate water mitigation company), the drying company informed me that there was still an active leak. So great, it still leaking exactly as it was and now I've got 5 more days of water damage (and several more days of mitigation, which not cheap).
