Eric James, and his team, managed to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Ours was a big job, including digging up concrete floors, as well as digging a trench in our front yard. Every step of the way, the safety & welfare of us & our dogs was considered, & the team was in constant communication regarding their progress. I highly recommend Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical. Their professionalism & customer service skills are refreshing.

Had my entire sewer line replaced from inside the home all the way out to the curb. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. My old cast iron pipe kept clogging. Harris came out, put a camera in the pipe and gave me a free estimate. I never felt pressured and they were very transparent with the issues in my sewer line. We experienced an unfortunate electrical problem this Thanksgiving at our home. We were in need of an electrician and call Harris!!!! Mr Scott Childs was dispatched shortly and did his thing!!! He was very knowledgeable and professional about his work. The diagnosis took about 15 minutes. He quickly identified the problem. He informed us, The cable attached to the outside of the house that goes into the meter (A port) wasn’t putting out its share of current and was frying. It was old and needed to be replaced!!! Chris Battle was fantastic! He's knows his stuff, was great with answering my questions and provided me the best customer service. I ended up having him come back the next day for a new project, he Installed wafer lights and they are great! I would highly recommend Harris for your electrical needs, in fact I will be callimg Harris for plumbing now

Robert Gibson was very attentive and listened to me. Showed him the problem of a leaky ball valve. He went straight to work and replaced it. He also cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with his work. We will be using Harris for our future needs.
