Eric James, and his team, managed to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Ours was a big job, including digging up concrete floors, as well as digging a trench in our front yard. Every step of the way, the safety & welfare of us & our dogs was considered, & the team was in constant communication regarding their progress. I highly recommend Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical. Their professionalism & customer service skills are refreshing.

Had my entire sewer line replaced from inside the home all the way out to the curb. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. My old cast iron pipe kept clogging. Harris came out, put a camera in the pipe and gave me a free estimate. I never felt pressured and they were very transparent with the issues in my sewer line. We had a pleasure of Mark Jackson coming by and taking care of some work in our house. We just moved in and there are plenty of little updates and issues getting fixed, and working with Harris plumbing has been extremely comforting and Gives us a lot of peace of mind. Just the other day when we had a concern about a potential leak somewhere my wife was able to call and get someone there right away. Wonderful experience! Daniel arrived right on time, was personable and professional, and after showing him the problem (the outside meter box that electric company installed was never securely attached to the house) he described how he could repair and correct the problem He drew up an estimate for that work (which was reasonably priced) and when I asked if he could repair a few other electrical issues I hadn’t yet scheduled, he didn’t hesitate to say yes. Just had a great experience with Harris heating air-conditioning! Been using them now for a couple years and I think they’re fabulous! My tech Nathan Severns was great! He informed me about everything and was quick and efficient and very pleasant and nice guy to work with! I don’t think you can go wrong using Harris heating and air conditioning, plumbing and electric. It’s nice to just call one company!
