Had a problem with my water heater, l called Harris plumbing, and little Sean filimon was dispatched soon after that..and within several of hours my water heater was replaced and ready to go.. you ask me if I was satisfied with their service, HELL YESSSSS!!!.. I had to replace both the HVAC and the water heater, and after lots of research and a number of quotes, I settled on Harris. An excellent choice! Everyone who came to the house was friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable; the team put in a full 12 hours to get the job done, and then came back the next day to fine tune a few details. Appreciate Ken coming out so quickly! I called Harris around 930a, after another company failed to show, and Ken was calling about an hour later to let me know he was on his way. Hour and a half later and I'm back in business! It was not a cheap visit, but I'm just happy everything is back on and and in working order. Ken was very professional and personable. Very pleased with the no pressure tactics used by Wayne today when Harris Plumbing came out to visit. The office staff was nice and able to waive the door charge for me and Wayne made sure to explain the membership to me before I declined his offer. Wayne was able to efficiently evaluate my washer and dryer hook up, my gas line, and the water hose line. He installed a stop valve quickly for me even with other matters happening at the same time. Extremely pleased and will likely be calling them back soon!

This was my first time using this company and their service was really great! One of the main wires connecting to the A.C was cut off during some house maintenance. A tech(Shawn B.) was sent over and did an amazing job. He gave a detailed explanation of the problem and what was going to be done to fix it. Also very efficient and friendly. I can now enjoy my summer! Thanks Shawn and the Harris team.
