Eric James, and his team, managed to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Ours was a big job, including digging up concrete floors, as well as digging a trench in our front yard. Every step of the way, the safety & welfare of us & our dogs was considered, & the team was in constant communication regarding their progress. I highly recommend Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical. Their professionalism & customer service skills are refreshing.

We experienced an unfortunate electrical problem this Thanksgiving at our home. We were in need of an electrician and call Harris!!!! Mr Scott Childs was dispatched shortly and did his thing!!! He was very knowledgeable and professional about his work. The diagnosis took about 15 minutes. He quickly identified the problem. He informed us, The cable attached to the outside of the house that goes into the meter (A port) wasn’t putting out its share of current and was frying. It was old and needed to be replaced!!! Had my entire sewer line replaced from inside the home all the way out to the curb. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. My old cast iron pipe kept clogging. Harris came out, put a camera in the pipe and gave me a free estimate. I never felt pressured and they were very transparent with the issues in my sewer line. Robert Gibson was very attentive and listened to me. Showed him the problem of a leaky ball valve. He went straight to work and replaced it. He also cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with his work. We will be using Harris for our future needs.

This was my first service experience with Harris Plumbing and I was completely satisfied. My heater and humidifier technician, Ryan Wagner, was very timely, comprehensive, informative and professional in servicing my equipment, making maintenance suggestions and providing necessary maintenance services on my 13 year old unit estimating its remaining shelf life and offering replacement cost estimates for a new system in the near future when the same becomes necessary. Excellent service.
