I chose harris because from the start they were professional. From Phil the tech to Megan the project manager from the start to Phil the cooling expert all pretty much sold me about this company. Andre Bowers and a couple of other techs did the install. Andre was great. Easy to talk to and explained a lot of the process.

Changing my review from before. After complaining a little, Harris made sure to have my system up and running immediately. Philip Hynson was extremely professional and made sure the system was taken care of and was very knowledgeable. In the future I would suggest the office does a little better job of communicating. Would use again in the future.
