This two star review reflects the office (communication, professionalism, and billing) not the actual plumbers of the company. We have used Harris in Salem multiple times and have generally been happy with the work we have had done on the house. The problems are with the office. Many times they have sent confirmation texts of incorrect start dates and/or workers. Big shout out to Harris Plumbing heating and air for a great job. My family woke up to our home air conditioner not working. Temps had been in the upper 90s all week. I called multiple a/c repair companies but no one would come out that day despite their ads claiming same day service. Harris promised they would be there despite their heavy workload. Jason Metcalf was the tech who showed up and he was fantastic. He found the issue immediately and replaced the bad part. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and ... read more

I said that I would come back to Harris to do my plumbing work and did just that Montrell Busbee ,Trevor and Jonathan did such a wonderful job. I love my new hot water heater and toilet. I had to have major work done to my home and Monty made sure that before he left that Montrell and I were on the same page. It took a few days to complete it all but I am VERY PROUD OF ALL THE WORK. My AC system was 17 years old and finally gave up. Turnaround time for a new system was less than 2 days. I appreciate their quick responses, and their techs are courteous and diligent despite having long, busy days in the summer heat. There were some initial glitches with the new installation, one of which was due to a faulty part. Harris came back to my home two more times over the next twenty four hours to make it right. I do not think these problems are typical, and my new system works perfectly now.

We had a few snags with the appointment times but they worked with me. The scheduler’s made sure everything worked out. The technician’s were absolutely fantastic! Explained everything and helped me get financing. The job looks excellent. Absolutely grateful and thankful for them. Excellent experience! Companies like this are hard to find.
