If I could give them 0 stars I would. Our family used this company to replace our roof 18 months ago. A week after the roof was replaced, it rained and there was big wet spots in our living room, child’s bedroom and our master bathroom. We called Garliss Roofing and they sent someone out and apparently, he said our ridge cap was the wrong size - the ridge cap that they had just put on. This is what was causing the leakage. Garliss roofing was an overall good experience. After seeing a neighbor use the company, I ask them for a roof inspection to which they found hail damage. Jody worked with the adjuster to verify damage and helped file the insurance claim. During the removal of the current roof, there was damage to my current siding.
