Nicest person ever and easy to talk to! Very informative and knowledgeable. So happy I found him. Odess did a wonderful job everything is perfect and we will request him in the future! My daughter and son in law were impressed too. Thank you Odess!
Be careful with this company. If you just want a simple estimate, they will tell you on the phone that there is an 80 dollar consultation fee. Fair enough, but when the plumber arrives he begins doing work that you didn't want or ask for, and then charges you whatever he feels like.
Was quick to show up. They said they found the problem and it would be $500 to rebuild a $37 part so we told them no thank you and changed the part ourselves. Unfortunately that was not the problem and they charged us $278 for nothing and we still don't know what the problem is. Very nice guys, not so good service or prices.
I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled to do so to give some clarity for possible future patrons. I had work done on my well system today, July 11th. Now I want to be clear, all work done was sufficient, done quick and securely. The two gentlemen that came by for the work were both professional and well mannered which in today’s world is a bit hard to find after covid. My real issue here was the price. Trevor came to our home after my daughter flushed a large item down the toilet and the toilets were clogging. He came very quickly within 3 hours of making the call. He was very honest about the issues and did not attempt to swindle us to spend money that did not need spent. He even spoke to my husband on the phone about a different issue he noticed we had and told him how to fix it. All in all extremely happy with his service and will use in the future!
