To work with James and Phillip is to experience competence and expertise at its peak. They're very, very good at what they do. Their office is responsive and cheerful, and the crew who installed the fence worked with such focus, diligence and cooperation. They were also sweet! Wish I needed another fence installed just to have the pleasure of working with this company again. Thank you Fence Factory!

I highly recommend Fence Factory. Contracted with them to fence in my front yard in June - beautiful job! Fence Factory installs only high quality fencing. They employ their own installers who were excellent. Outstanding customer service by the owners James and Phil. Also great office staff.

Was told I had an 11am appointment for a estimate by Tiffany who is professional. James called me at 1040am saying it was traffic mind you I traveled from NY, and can be push the time back until 1pm. So I asked can he stop by without me being there he said yes and I didn't here from him after that
