Highly recommend Kurt, Rob and their team! Within a few hours of testing positive for the scariest mold you can have in your home, there was a plan in place and they were able to start within 48 hours. They kept us updated every step of the way. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to be there for any of the work and never once questioned or doubted what needed to be done! Hopefully they won’t hear from me in the future, but if we have an issue with mold again, I know exactly who to call! Thanks!!

Rob and the team at DRYmedic Restoration Services of Sugar Land were outstanding from start to finish. Rob was my rep and reviewed the inspector’s report thoroughly. He stayed in close communication with the inspector to ensure the job would be done correctly. He was fair, transparent, and very responsive throughout the process. DRYmedic recently completed a mold remediation project in my home. Rob gave me an estimate, explained in detail the work to be done, and answered all of my questions. DRYmedic was very nice to work with. They responded very quickly after being contacted about our mold issue. The crew was very respectful of my property, did the work and cleaned up very nicely. They answered all my questions and didn't mind me checking in to see what all was involved. The entire project went very well and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use DRYmedic again and would highly recommend them.
