Being new to Colorado and only just experiencing the low temperatures of winter, we left the water on to the hose and the copper pipe leading into the basement from the hose spigot burst 3 inches. We had water everywhere, and soaked moving boxes. Keith and his team came out to our home instantly. We are so grateful for their quick response and their truley amazing service.
Keith and his team at Drymedic are great to work with. No one want to come home to 2inches of water flooding their kitchen and living room. This is devastating but their team makes this process seamless. I would recommend anyone in the area that needs fire water or mold restoration work done to give them a call. You won’t regret it.
Fortunately I was given Dry Medic’s name from a local plumber when we had noticed we had mold in our basement bathroom. Keith’s assistant came out and took his time to find out where the leak was coming from and how far the water had spread. Keith and his team were amazing. We tried to catch some mold early on our bathroom ceiling. They came out and took a look. Lots of places would suggest cutting the ceiling down which would be a big job. They identified we could do some quick removal, add some primer and mold resistant paint, and save a few thousand dollars. Really thankful for their integrity and communication. Thank you!
