Dry medic is a fast and responsive company. Their customer service and communication is great. A technician, Matt, came out the next morning to assess the suspected water damage we had from a small fridge. He gave several recommendations -including a diy fix. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using them!
