We called DRYmedic KC after a second level bathroom toilet leaked into our kitchen and basement. Luis and Billy showed up within 30 minutes of the initial phone call. Upon arrival their thorough analysis and consult left us comfortable with moving forward with them. Billy discussed the restoration plan and helped arrange repair, tape and paint before the end of the week. We have used other restoration services within the last 12 months and only recommend Luis, Billy and the DRYmedic KC team.

DryMedic was a life saver. They were at our house within 30 minutes of our initial phone call, communicated clearly throughout the process, and had our moisture readings down to perfect ranges within a few days with minimal intrusion to the home structure. I can't say enough good things about this team!

Called DRYmedic after receiving water in our basement. Pulled back the trim and there was considerable black mold. Billy and his team were at my house same day and had the affected drywall and rug cut out and removed, as well as antimicrobial spray, dehumidifiers and fans, and everything else to get the basement back to dry and mold free. Would definitely recommend DRYmedic!

Billy and his team came to remove the extra moisture in our basement after a heavy storm. They were professional, trustworthy and efficient! I even had to leave and I felt my teenagers could be left with the caliber of their crew. I love the idea of having a local to Kansas City business owner doing our work. They know the beauty of taking care of your neighbor and how small and well connected this town is. They won’t disappoint!
