My experience with DRYmedic has been very disappointing and I would never recommend anyone using their services. They had poor communication and were very disappointed regarding the handling of them and our insurance. I asked several times times to be kept in the loop and was not during the process. Stole hand rails on the shelving. Several items stolen from the shelving in the basement. Thieves and didn't do the work they were supposed to do of removing. Never use these people.
