We were very impressed by the first initial visit with Joe who was extremely helpful, communicative, and answered all our questions thoroughly with detail. Unfortunately, when our kitchen remediation was turned over to Keith, our project manager, we had a terrible experience. Workers came out to gut our kitchen and they were nice and seemed like hard workers.
