DRYmedic did a fantastic job during a very stressful situation. Can’t thank them enough! Ned and Team came in worked professionally and prioritized the problems. They worked directly with my Insurance so all the paperwork was very easy. They were in constant contact with me as to what was going on and when they would be by to check on the equipment. Solid company, great communication and I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! The owner, Ned and his team arrived in less than 30 minutes of our call on a Sunday night and worked fast getting water extracted and set up machines to dry out and have us up and running for business next day! They were all very eager to help, very friendly and very professional team! Thanks so much!

From the first moment I met with Dry Medic I knew my horrendous situation was taking a turn for the better. You see I had a dishwasher leak that flooded my house (from the kitchen all the way to the front door) and I Contacted Dry Medic. The owner said let me personally come by to take a look and it was a mess. He left me a fan, reached out to me the next morning to check on me. DRYmedic is a company I would recommend using! My plumber recommended DRYmedic and Ned showed up the same day to help diagnose the issue. Ned was knowledgeable and professional and was able to help me get to the root of the issue I was having. I will definitely be giving them a call next time I need similar services done.

You never want to have to call someone like Ned at DRYmedic Restoration Services of Flower Mound. It likely means something is in disarray at your home. But by God, Ned and his company are the absolute first call you should make when needed. I had just come off working with numerous contractors that routinely ghosted me, were unclear and anything but transparent in their communication and pricing, and generally left me feeling in the dark, out-of-the-loop, and wondering how long I'd be dealing with my leak and mold problem.... read more
