A great company with even better employees! We were out of town and came home on a Wednesday afternoon around 5:30 PM to a house completely flooded due to a failed appliance. These guys are fantastic! We had a major leak due to a broken refrigerator line. Daniel was our worker and he was extremely personable and helped explain what the process was and helped us file the claim since we had never done one before. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and explained everything in a way that everyone could understand. These guys go above and beyond and get the work done promptly and professionally. 100% recommend!

DRYmedic did a fantastic job during a very stressful situation. Can’t thank them enough! Ned and Team came in worked professionally and prioritized the problems. They worked directly with my Insurance so all the paperwork was very easy. They were in constant contact with me as to what was going on and when they would be by to check on the equipment. Solid company, great communication and I would highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with this company. We had water coming into our den carpet from the wall. It was saturated. Ned came out within 45 minutes and assessed the situation. He said that he could bring in equipment to extract it but we could pull back the carpet and use our own fans on it. He pulled back the carpet and pad for us. Helped us get everything set up. My home caught on fire in August 2024, and a very good friend told me to call DRYmedic because of the great results he had on a similar home fire. DRYmedic was on the site immediately, and within hours everything was going. Fantastic, Ned Sullivan the owner also helped with a builder, and companies that helped restore furniture and most of my possessions. We are back in our home with all the help from DRYmedic.
