A great company with even better employees! We were out of town and came home on a Wednesday afternoon around 5:30 PM to a house completely flooded due to a failed appliance. We unfortunately had a leak in our kitchen, and thankfully were able to get a plumber in who was able to correct the situation quickly, but not before water damage had taken place. He provided us Drymedic for water remediation service. Ned with Dry Medic was incredibly empathetic and understanding from the very first phone call, immediately putting us at ease during a stressful situation. He handled everything with insurance, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Their team was consistently attentive over email and text day, night and weekend and always responded to our questions and concerns with promptness. The repair work was excellent. We’ve already shared their information with two friends because of our experience.

If you want honesty, a caring staff, and competence in 1 company, you want these guys! They are so honest, caring, and hard working that it makes an awful experience, not so awful. Don't hire a restoration company that just wants to get as much money as possible out of your insurance company (and you). Hire these guys and they will look out for you in every way. These guys are fantastic! We had a major leak due to a broken refrigerator line. Daniel was our worker and he was extremely personable and helped explain what the process was and helped us file the claim since we had never done one before. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and explained everything in a way that everyone could understand. These guys go above and beyond and get the work done promptly and professionally. 100% recommend!
