From the first moment I met with Dry Medic I knew my horrendous situation was taking a turn for the better. Ned and his crew were a lifesaver. They were unbelievably quick to respond, decisive and action oriented. Their prompt efforts enabled us to minimize the damage we were experiencing and set us up for the best recovery possible. Additionally, Ned was very professional and listened intently to our concerns and called in subject matter experts to ensure the mitigation strategy we were implementing was the most effective and appropriate given recovery goals. Not having a need for services like DRYmedic's in the past, I took a referral from my always-trusted plumber, Absolute Plumbing. Once again, a referral from them turned out to be a blessing. The thoroughness, professionalism, efficiency and kindness showed by Ned, Caresa and the entire DRYmedic Flower Mound was just a gift at an extraordinarily stressful time as I was managing my way through a slab leak (as well as a separate issue with my AC compressor going out at the same time). Ned and his team were wonderful to work with and most of all trust worthy. I had a small flood in my bathroom and they came out that morning. They quickly assessed the damage and started the restoration process. They continued to check in over the next few days and looked for the best possible solution for the homeowner. Would use them again if needed.

Ned and his team were fantastic to work with. Our house flooded during the spring storms. They came over right after I reached out and took care of our house right away. Ned and his employees were knowledgeable, attentive, very helpful, and quick to respond. I would highly recommend them!
